The Piperdam Gents Golf Open, to be held on Sunday 3rd September 2006, is a fabulous opportunity for both experienced and novice golfers to compete over a challenging course set in the scenic heart of Scotland.

This beautiful Scottish Golf Course has a par of 72 and is 6471 yards off the medal tees. Offering a selection of varied and challenging holes, this parkland course is set up to challenge even the most experienced golfer, yet also offer the opportunity for good scoring for the novice.

With an entry fee of only £12.00 and prizes across all 18 holes, this is a fantastic opportunity to secure bragging rights at the end of the season.

Other prizes include £100 for Best Scratch and 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th place prizes across 3 handicap bands.

There is a handicap limit of 24 and handicap certificates must be presented on the day.

Closing date for entrants is Sunday 20th August. Entry forms are available on request at Piperdam reception.

The Osprey Course at Piperdam has a par of 72 and is 6471 yards off the medal tees. It is a Parkland Course with varied and challenging holes set up to test the experienced golfer, yet also to offer the opportunity of good scoring for the novice.

The course is so named as during the summer months Ospreys "fish" and nest at the loch which the course surrounds.

In addition to a beautiful course is a 12 bay Driving Range to practice your skills.
