Comfortex 4th Annual BlindCrafter Dealer Convention has Record-Breaking Turnout
(PRLEAP.COM) MAPLEWOOD, NY - Comfortex Corporation, a leading innovative manufacturer and fabricator of custom window treatment products for global distribution, held its 4th Annual National BlindCrafter Convention on June 7 – June 9, 2006 in Las Vegas, NV. Close to 200 BlindCrafters, the largest turnout to date, gathered for three days of networking, product workshops, and business strategy seminars.
BlindCrafters from around the nation gathered at the Rio All-Suites Hotel & Casino for the three-day convention. Interactive workshops and seminars included discussions on the future of the BlindCrafter brand, as well as fabrication and sales details for the newest lines of window treatments from Comfortex. Marketing strategies were also emphasized, with key marketing programs launching, such as an Escape the Cold Sweepstakes, a Vehicle Wrap Program, BlindCrafter Rewards, and BlindCrafter University, a new program that offers BlindCrafter dealers professional courses on how to improve their business. Industry experts Steve Bursten and Steve Wishnow from Exciting Windows were in attendance to introduce BlindCrafter University and provide information on how the professional courses can significantly impact BlindCrafter businesses.
The convention culminated with the giveaway of a 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan, which was awarded to Nate Kinzie, of D&M Blinds in St. George, UT. Semi-finalists James Neikirk of Neikirk’s of Hagerstown and Larry Mistretta of The Blind King received $100 American Express gift certificates.
