Bacio di Dama, presented by Pelagia Trattoria Executive Chef Fabrizio Schenardi and Roberto Mori, combines the chocolate hazelnut silkiness and richness of gelato and a cookie sandwich filled with chocolate hazelnut cream.
Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, the 152-seat Pelagia Trattoria offers indoor as well as outdoor seating and an open kitchen that keeps food preparation in full view of the diners and invites interaction and conversation with the chefs.
