Celebrity Mental Health Therapist and Personal Advisor, Terence McPhaul, has
expanded his repertoire once more, moving into television programming scheduled to hit the tube Fall 2006. Through his newly formed production company, MMV (McPhaul Media Ventures, Inc.), McPhaul, is developing a series of television and film documentaries such as "The Psychology of Hip Hop". "I take my profession seriously, and as an African American Mental Health professional, I feel it is essential that topics impacting the public be covered with
integrity, and as executive producer I have been able to achieve this benchmark."

The first documentary, "The Psychology of Hip Hop", is an extension of McPhaul's book released under the same title. It is fair to say that the project is
nothing less than controversial. One reason being McPhaul's belief that when
children are exposed to hip hop music and images, they are more likely to
become sociopaths. McPhaul states, "there are many opinions regarding hip hop,
pro and con, and the interviews with hip hop stars and others have been
intense, but people are passionate about this topic." The former Psychology
Professor goes on to say, "like my book, this documentary is the very first of
its kind, and it is entertaining and thought-provoking."

In another bold move, McPhaul is being cast into the media ring to spar with teledocs Dr. Phil McGraw and Dr. Keith Ablow with his new show, "Sessions with
Terence McPhaul". "I don't really think there is a competition between Keith, Phil and myself because we all have different perspectives in the field," asserts McPhaul. Moreover, he adds, "I am the first person to have a Mental Health practice like mine (i.e. exclusively for celebrities), and I am skilled at providing truly helpful solutions, this is the fresher perspective that my show will offer." "Sessions with Terence McPhaul" will feature in depth personal discussions with celebrities, addressing a variety of topics, including Mental Health.

McPhaul, who also authored "The Celebrity Psyche", has appeared on The O'Reilly Factor, The Tavis Smiley Show and Court TV.
