SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, Calif. – Interbike today announced that Andria Klinger and Brian McKavic have joined the Interbike team as sales manager and account executive, respectively. Both were previously with AdvanStar’s power sports group, producers of the Dealernews International Powersports Dealer Expo. Klinger and McKavic will work with current Interbike senior account executive, Robert Roman.

Interbike is the leading bicycle industry business-to-business event management company, bringing together top manufacturers, retailers, industry advocates and media to conduct the business of cycling.

“We set out to find individuals who first and foremost understood our businesses,” said Lance Camisasca, Interbike’s group show director. “Secondly, we wanted people who knew their way around trade shows. Finding not one, but two high caliber sales people, who both had this specific experience was a homerun.”

Klinger (sales manager) is a graduate of California State College, Fullerton with a degree in marketing. Upon graduating, joined AdvanStar’s power sports group where she worked for five years and was ultimately responsible for managing exhibitor sales for the Dealer Expo, the largest motorcycle aftermarket trade show.

McKavic (account manager) has 10-plus years of sales experience with companies such as LA Cellular and Ingram Micro, with the last six years being with AdvanStar’s sales team.

“I'm excited to have Andria and Brian on the Interbike sales team,” Camisasca said. “With Andria heading the sales department, Brian's extensive sales experience added to Robert's Interbike expertise, we will now be able to better serve exhibitors.”
