D and D Delivers Dyno-tuned Performance with Consistent Manufacturing Excellence

Fort Worth, Texas - D&D Performance Exhaust introduces a new slip-on exhaust pipe for the all conquering Kawasaki ZX-14 Motorcycle that increases auditory feedback, performance and torque throughout the power band.

The new aerodynamically sleek ZX-14 motorbike is the most powerful in-line four in the Kawasaki arsenal. D&D has matched the motorcycle craftsmanship with a hand-built slip-on exhaust pipe that is designed to improve the fun factor for all ZX-14 enthusiasts.

“Motorcycle manufacturers are limited by what they can provide the market as it relates to exhaust pipe technology,” said Dave Rash, D&D Performance Exhaust Owner.

“Our Kawasaki Ninja ZX14 pipe is dyno tuned to not only increase performance but to deliver the deep throaty sound that was missing from the stock pipe. The big motor rumble will actually increase your heartbeat, I know it does mine.”

The ZX14 Ninja mufflers are packed using D&D's new composite and improved packing system, which gives the bike a nice rumble at idle while keeping a smooth husky tone all the way through the RPM range.

Any of the current Kawasaki Ninja ZX-14 colors that include Passion Red, Ebony, or Candy Thunder Blue are complementary with the twin silencer slip-on system that is available in aluminum, stainless steel, black satin, carbon fiber, or titanium. The mid pipe and end cap are finished in titanium-style Faux Ti or high polish.

Before a pipe makes it on a dealer shelf, they are torture tested on D&D’s state-of-the-art in-house Super Flow Eddy Current Ram Air dynamometer.

This is done in combination with the Super Flow Bench and the first in the industry, multi cylinder Lambda Fuel Air Ratio Sensors, which are interfaced with the Dyno for real time meter and graph analysis. Each pipe is dyno tuned for maximum performance and sound.

Both the ZX14 Ninja dyno chart and dyno video with audio clip is located on the website in the catalog section at www.danddexhaust.com.

Each D&D Performance Exhaust pipe is manufactured in Ft. Worth, Texas plant with skilled exhaust technicians. Every pipe goes through a multi-point check that allows customers to rely on the D&D name and product.

About D&D Performance Exhaust
In 1972 David Rash could not find the exhaust pipe he needed for his race bike. He knew that the proper exhaust for his engine configuration would give him an edge over his competition so he fabricated one himself. Thirty years and 250,000 pipes later D&D Performance Exhaust systems are some of the leading performance motorcycle exhaust systems in the world.
