OF TEJON RANCH COMPANY CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS

(July 2006) Lebec, California – Ware Malcomb, a leading national architecture, planning interior design, and graphic design firm with an office in Los Angeles, California, is proud to announce that it has been awarded the design of Tejon Ranch Company’s Corporate Headquarters expansion located off the Interstate 5 in Lebec, California. Tejon Ranch Company is the owner and the developer for this project.

Ware Malcomb will provide architectural and interior design services for the 12,000 square feet partial two-story shell and core office expansion space that will serve as corporate headquarters for Tejon Ranch Company. The project includes a new conference room, kitchen, and an open office floor plan to reflect the adjacent open country side. The building expansion will tie into the ranch style vernacular of the existing building.

Tejon Ranch is a 270,000 acre working ranch that is the largest contiguous expanse of land owned in California. Founded in 1843, Tejon Ranch is now home to ranching and faming operations, oil production, mining, recreational activities and limited real estate development.
