Begbies Traynor, the UK’s largest independent insolvency and corporate recovery specialists, has strengthened its Manchester team with the appointment of Kevin Coates.

Kevin, 33, joins Begbies Traynor as a director in the Manchester office following nine successful years with Ernst & Young.

A qualified chartered accountant and insolvency practitioner, Kevin brings to the firm a broad range of experience in the retail, manufacturing, engineering, construction, healthcare, technology and consumer products sectors.

His experience also includes a thirteen-month secondment to the Royal Bank of Scotland, assisting the bank in managing its distressed customer portfolio.
