Announces New Sales Associates
Mario Calderon and Donald Phillips Join Local Real Estate Team

RALEIGH, N.C. – Kevin Woody, assistant sales manager for the Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston’s South Square Durham office, has announced that Mario Calderon and Donald Phillips have joined the firm’s Durham real estate division. Calderon is a recent graduate of Crossroads College, and he is fluent in Spanish, he will aid the Spanish-speaking clients of Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston’s Durham real estate division. Phillip obtained his bachelors degree in Political Science from North Carolina Central University and was most recently employed with the City of Raleigh as a Housing Inspector.
