The Renaissance Tampa is Proud to Now be Entirely Non-Smoking

July 30, 2006- Tampa, FL- The Renaissance Tampa International Plaza, in conjunction with Marriott’s Nation wide, is proud to announce that their Tampa hotel is now an entirely smoke-free facility.

Early this week, Marriott announced that all of its 2,300 hotels will go 100% non-smoking in all of North America beginning in September. “Creating a smoke-free environment demonstrates a new level of service and care for our guests and associates," J.W. Marriott, chairman and chief executive officer, said in a statement Wednesday.
