Stop Studios Creative Director Named To Alumni Board
Whitney Wilkerson To Serve On George School Young Alumni Board

DURHAM, N.C. – Whitney Wilkerson, principal and creative director of Stop Studios, has been named to the George School Young Alumni Board. Established in 1893 by the Religious Society of Friends, George School is a coeducational boarding and day school for students in grades 9 through 12. The Young Alumni Board was created in 2003 and is composed of George School graduates from the last 20 years. As a board member Wilkerson, supports the mission of George School by providing opportunities for younger graduates to stay connected and involved with the school and fellow alumni. The board has been instrumental in the development of a career mentoring network, regional alumni associations, a college mentoring network, and alumni volunteer opportunities.

“George School has had a profound impact on my life and gave me the educational foundation I needed to be successful in my career,” said Wilkerson. “I am honored to work with other alumni to ensure that the next generation of George School graduates have the opportunities they need to pursue their chosen career.”
