Unique Tour: The secret of Da Vinci and Poussin in the Rennes-le-Chateau landscape

August 12, 2006 (PRLEAP.COM) Travel News
This is a story about secret knowledge that was almost forgotten. Especially when Christianity became a power back in the 4th century, this secret knowledge was outlawed, it’s keepers wanted dead or alive. Why? Because it went against Christian doctrine. And therefore against the power that wanted to rule the world by it. But what is this knowledge all about?

Member of the Rosicrucian Order AMORC, Anneke Koremans, has made it her life’s work to find out what really happened in the 1st century AD. Research on a broad field has given her insight to what may have been the cause of this power struggle which has gone on for almost two millennia. For some unexplainable reason, about a decade ago, the road she took lead her to Rennes-le-Chateau, not just the village, but especially its surroundings. And since she and her husband Peter have decided to live in the Languedoc, not far from the Rennes-le-Chateau area, it is making her research even easier. Now she has found a way to share her thoughts and ideas with other people by organising an interesting tour through the enigmatic area of the Languedoc. As she and her husband Peter are at home in the travel world, owning two companies, they are able to do this professionally.
