Buenos Aires, Argentina…Classical concert pianist Elisabeth Fiocca is pleased to announce her third CD release ELISABETH FIOCCA-ROBERT SCHUMANN.

The CD is a tribute to…”One of my favorite composers and important romantic musicians.” It includes the Etudes Symphoniques Op. 13 and the Davidsbundler Op. 6 by Robert Schuman (pieces) and as Ms. Fiocca continues… “They are both marvelous, deeply inspired, full of poetic intensity and rich melodies.”

In support of the new release Elisabeth will debut her CD with a performance on August 10th at the Colegio de Escribanos, an annual recital series in Buenos Aires. On October 6th she will perform with the Symphony Orchestra of the National University of Tucuman playing Symphonic Variations and Le Dijin’s, two pieces for piano and orchestra by French composer Cesar Frank.

Ms. Fiocca has appeared as a soloist with the Buenos Aires Philharmonic Orchestra and the National Symphonic Orchestra. In addition to her career as a concert pianist, she has also served as Professor of Music and head of the piano department at the National Conservatory of Music.
