URBAN + WEST AWARDS WARE MALCOMB DESIGN OF THE OCEAN COLLECTION AT BRESSI RANCH IN CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA

(August 2006) Carlsbad, California – Ware Malcomb, a leading national architecture, planning, interior design and graphic design firm with an office in San Diego, California, is proud to announce that Urban + West has awarded the firm the design of The Ocean Collection at Bressi Ranch located at Gateway Road and Innovation Way in Carlsbad, California. Urban + West, a new urbanism developer based in Santa Ana, California, is developing the Small Building for Sale project into 17 office buildings, ranging in size from 4,500 to 16,000 square feet, totaling approximately 161,500 square feet. Urban + West plans to complete The Ocean Collection at Bressi Ranch by 2nd quarter of 2008 and make them available for sale beginning September 2006.

Ware Malcomb is providing full-service architectural design services for The Ocean Collection at Bressi Ranch. The design will include masonry construction, wood subfloors and roofs, open ceilings, canopied entries, as well as glass roll-up doors with additional multi-tenant divisibility.
