Minneapolis, MN – The Minnesota Safety Council has invited Ken Wilson to present a program on how companies can prepare for the Pandemic Influenza. Most companies are woefully unprepared for a possible bird flu pandemic and this presentation will address what steps a company can take to prepare and to minimize the risk.

Ken Wilson will present a program entitled What If 30% of Your Workers Called in Sick? This session will discuss how a bird flu pandemic would affect business operations, and he will outline how companies can minimize that operational and financial impact and what steps companies can take to protect their employees.

Ken Wilson is a CMC® (Certified Management Consultant), trainer, writer, educator, and speaker with more than 30 years of experience in helping companies grow and prosper. Ken is an expert in planning and on preparing organizations for the Pandemic Influenza.
