Glow Networks acquires the assets of Tri-MC Enterprises to expand portfolio of services

Richardson, Texas: Glow Networks (www.glownetworks.com), a research, consultancy and engineering firm providing end-to-end network services and solutions for the telecom market, has acquired the assets of Tri-MC Enterprises, Inc. a provider of telecommunications Engineer, Furnish & Install (EF&I) services.

Following the acquisition, Glow Networks will integrate Tri-MC’s services to expand its portfolio and provide a full range of power and grounding services to the telecommunications industry.
