New York, NY – August 27, 2006 — New York singer/songwriter Alex Nackman comes home to the legendary Bitter End, 147 Bleecker Street, on September 20, 2006 at 8:30 PM in celebration of his new EP Sunrise Falls, the follow up to his successful indie release A Boy Who Thought He Knew.

The line up for this full band show includes Nackman on guitars and vocals; Todd Wright (formerly of the Pat McGee Band) on piano and vocals; Brian Fechino (of the Pat McGee Band) on guitar; Chris Williams (of the Pat McGee Band) on drums; and Pat Porter on bass.

Williams, whose drum work is featured on Sunrise Falls, has a great deal of praise and respect for Nackman, who The San Francisco Examiner calls “a young New York singer/songwriter with vivid and relatable stories to tell.”

"Alex is a true talent and I feel privileged to work with him,” says Williams. “His professionalism and drive to succeed parallel my own ambitions, and I can't wait to see what the future holds for Alex Nackman. He is truly an amazing songwriter, and after playing on his recent record, I am convinced we will be hearing from him soon on a national level."

Nackman found working with Williams equally as inspiring. "Chris is one of those rare bread musicians—-harboring both immense talent as well as musical and producer-like insight that has allowed me to grow as a musician. Experiences in the studio and on the road with Chris have reiterated my own conviction that he is the consummate
professional who tirelessly seeks to succeed."

On tour in America and Europe this fall, Nackman is scheduled to perform September 11th at the Exit/In in Nashville, opening for Epic recording artists Cheyenne Kimball and Josh Hoge.
