Wild Women Entrepreneurs Launches New Chapter in Boston

Boston (August 26, 2006) – Spurred on by the success of chapters in 21 cities across the nation and interest from local businesswomen located throughout the Boston-area, Wild Women Entrepreneurs (Wild WE) is launching the Boston Wild Women Entrepreneurs.

“The mission of the Wild Women Entrepreneurs is to have women taking care of business on their own terms. These women are fearless, fun and fabulous. They are able to take the risks needed to be the Wild Women they are without compromise,” says Ja-Nae Duane, president and founder of Wild Women Entrepreneurs. “We’re excited to offer the opportunity to women in the Boston-area to become part of our growing network of more than 1500 members.”

With a focus of enhancing the business climate and quality of life for the benefit of its members and the greater community, the Boston Wild WE chapter expects to provide additional business networking, educational programs and roundtables within the area as a whole, in addition to developing projects that will improve the business environment.

In addition, Stephanie O’Connell has been named city leader of the chapter. She is the event coordinator and manager for Union Street Restaurant and The Attic Bar in Newton Center, MA (www.unionst.com).

Wild Women Entrepreneurs is a membership-based organization established in thirteen cities throughout North America and Europe, encouraging women to reach their potential in business and in life.
