Raleigh Commercial Real Estate Firm To Represent Knightdale Property

RALEIGH, N.C. – Billie Redmond, president of Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties (CBCTMP), has announced that her firm has been selected to provide sales, leasing and property management services for EastPoint, the recently renamed former Square D Corporation manufacturing facility in Eastern Wake County. As sales, leasing, and property management agent for the property, CBCTMP will market the property and manage all future leases. The property has 30 + acres available for redevelopment. The Square D Corporation has signed a long-term lease to retain office space on the property for the 350 employees who currently work at this location.
