RELEASE: Fawcett Society Boosts Email Marketing Program with New Survey Feature from Mailvivo.


LONDON, UK - UK-based email marketing provider, Mailvivo, has launched a new integrated survey feature for its online email marketing service. The Fawcett Society, UK women's rights charity, recently used this feature to send out a survey to get valuable feedback on their email marketing program.

The Fawcett Society uses Mailvivo’s online tool to create, deliver and track a regular e-newsletter providing useful updates and information on the work the charity is doing to promote women's rights.

A spokeswoman for the Fawcett Society said: "We have been sending out a monthly e-newsletter to supporters for nearly two years now and we wanted to check how useful they find it.

"Mailvivo helped us to set up the survey and it was all pretty straightforward. We were delighted with the level of the response, which we think was partly because the survey was so easy to fill out. And we were thrilled to find that for the most part our e-newsletter is doing a good job and get a few pointers for improvement.

"All in all, we've found Mailvivo to provide an excellent service."
