On Habitat For Humanity House
Local Real Estate Company Breaks Ground In Durham

RALEIGH, N.C. – Don Walston, president and CEO of Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston, has announced that the Durham County Habitat for Humanity home construction is underway and will continue over the next 20-24 weeks. The build began on June 21 and the homeowner of the Durham house will be Joyce Freeman who has raised three children of her own, helped raise her grandchildren and is now a foster parent to four more children. Freeman and her family are anxiously awaiting their new home and the safe place it will bring for the children.
