When planning their 2007 vacation, travelers are reminded that as of January 1, 2007, passports will be required for all U.S. travelers returning from Mexico and the Caribbean. Customers are encouraged to apply for their passports early.

Travelers can also protect their travel investment by purchasing the United Vacations Trip Cancellation Waiver with Bonus Values. With the Bonus Values, if a customer’s vacation is affected for 24 hours or more due to a Category One or higher hurricane, the customer will receive a money back refund (in the original form of payment) for unused or interrupted vacation days/nights; future vacation vouchers of $100 per adult and $50 per child to be used on a future United Vacations air/hotel vacation package and 1,000 Mileage Plus Bonus Miles per adult.
