National Strength and Fitness Coaches Host Seminar; Student Athletes, Weekend Warriors Learn to Improve Performance and Prevent Injury

Three nationally recognized strength and performance enhancement coaches will host a seminar for student athletes and competitors of all ages on Monday, September 18 from 6:15- 7:45 at Calvary Community Church in Westlake Village. Participants will learn how to gain more acceleration, improve speed; add inches to the vertical jump, plan successful off-season training, correct core training and training for knee and shoulder balance.

Eric Cressey (www.ericcressey.com) is a competitive power lifter, an accomplished author and a regular contributor to Men’s Fitness, and Elite Fitness Systems, authoring more than 75 published articles and also serves as assistant editor of Rugged Magazine. Mike Robertson, M.S., C.S.C.S., U.S.A.W. (www.robertsontrainingsystems.com) specializes in the areas of performance enhancement, physique transformation, and injury prevention and rehabilitation. Julia Ladewski is a sports performance coach at University at Buffalo, where she works with all varsity sports including women's basketball, women's soccer, track & field, swimming and football.
