Winerobot reaches 10,000 wines in Australia.

(PRLEAP.COM) Winerobot (www.winerobot.com.au) was launched in Australia in 2000, and 6 years later we are still Australia’s Premier Independent Wine Search Engine. The site has just toped 10,000 wines being listed and gets over 150 targeted online wine buying enquiries per day.

Some updates to the service include:

• We have increased the number of wines listed from 4,000 to 10,000. We believe this makes Winerobot the largest online wine database in Australia.
• We have launched a service called “Powered by Winerobot”. This service allows food and wine websites to syndicate the Winerobot search engine into their environments.
• We have increased the number of rare and back-vintage wines by 200% at the request of some of our regular users.
• We have approached a number of the smaller boutique cellar doors around Australia to list their wines. We now have over 500 wines that are direct cellar door products.
• We have set up a monthly newsletter to subscribers, which promotes regional wine events and tasting nights. (If you would like to promote any independent wine events, please let us know.)
• Wines that are available via Auction can now be listed
• Any retailer with 100 products or more can now have their wines listed in realtime via database syndication between Winerobot and the retailers shopping cart.
