E-Commerce Provider Pierpoint-Martin Sponsors Children's Bureau 13th Annual Mighty Rubber Ducky Derby

Technology solutions and e-commerce provider Pierpoint-Martin today announced its sponsorship of the 13th Annual Mighty Rubber Ducky Derby to raise funds to prevent child abuse. This is the third year that Pierpoint-Martin has been a sponsor of the event which will take place on October 8th at the Wild Rivers Waterpark in Irvine, California.

Pierpoint-Martin designed and built the original Ducky Derby website (www.duckyderbyoc.com) for Children’s Bureau. This year Pierpoint-Martin redesigned the site to add an online registration section for the Just Ducky Car Show, a new feature of the event. Pierpoint-Martin is also managing online marketing for the event with an e-mail campaign and animated Flash banner ads.

Powered by Pierpoint-Martin e-commerce technology, the Ducky Derby website allows visitors to purchase any combination of ducks, reception passes, and car show entries as well as make donations to the Children's Bureau. All payment transactions are secure and encrypted, and Pierpoint-Martin's acclaimed BackOffice interface allows Children's Bureau staff to quickly and easily print and download order and donation information.
