Seattle, WA October 2, 2006- Audentia LLC, would like to introduce Perooz.com®, an online service aimed at providing exclusive, alternative content for Portable Media Devices (PMD). Perooz.com, the company’s flagship community and online channel offers a free web-based service that provides mainstream mobile magazines, music, videos and much more for users of devices such as the Sony PSP, Apple iPod, Creative Zen Vision and Microsoft Zune.

“Devices like the PSP, iPod and Creative ZEN aren’t just for music anymore,” said Jason Schuller, co-founder of Perooz. “People are extremely hungry for new ways to leverage new technology and devices, and until now, there has been a huge void in the type of content that was available.”

At a click of a button, Perooz.com offers downloadable mobile versions of magazines and music from a variety of publishers and independent publishers free of charge.

“Like most people, I was really happy with my Video iPod. I could take my music and photos with me wherever I went,” said co-founder, Brian Slettvet. “However, I found that along with my iPod, I would also carry my favorite magazines to read on the airplane or taxi or wherever. We thought, why not combine them and take digital mobile technology to another level.”

In addition to the most popular magazines, Perooz.com also provides music videos, movie trailers, game trailers and footage. The site also offers Mp3 singles and exclusive music on the “Perooz Player”, a unique juke box where visitors can listen to music. Perooz is also working with a large record label so users can periodically download free exclusive music releases.

Perooz.com also fosters a sense of community by welcoming users to review and share comments about new music, magazines, movies, video games or other categories offered on the site. The site offers an intuitive ranking system where users can rate content from 1 to 5 stars and quickly search on highest ranked content.

Perooz.com was conceived by partners Jason Schuller and Brian Slettvet – accomplished professionals in the world of software and web development. Rounding out the executive team are former industry veterans from MSN and executives from iCopywrite and Excito Media.
