SingleSource Forms Partnership With Omaha-based QuikServe Solutions, LLC.

What does point-of-sale technology have in common with human resource technology? Through a like-minded passion for innovation, two companies have found the connection and have combined their technology services to increase productivity and cut costs through operational efficiency.

SingleSource, a Jacksonville Beach-based provider of background screening and human resource technology, has struck a deal with QuikServe Solutions, a premier provider of point-of-sale (POS) systems and software for more than 1,000 quick-serve restaurants throughout the U.S., representing approximately 40,000 employees.

“This alliance allows each QuikServe customer access to payroll processing that is seamlessly integrated through their existing POS system,” said Paul Meese, SPHR, vice president of client services and information systems guru for SingleSource. According to Meese, the system also includes an employee self-service feature, allowing restaurant employees online access to pertinent employment records. “The system is designed to streamline management processes while increasing productivity – all within a single platform,” Meese said.

Omaha, Neb.-based QuikServe Solutions offers BackOffice software designed specifically for multi-unit restaurant operators. BackOffice streamlines restaurant paperwork and provides detailed reporting for unit-level management. The Software includes tracking tools for inventory, cash, and labor management.
