Robert J. Ramseur, Jr. Named President-Elect Of Theatre In The Park
Ragsdale Liggett Partner To Lead Local Community Theatre

RALEIGH, N.C. – Ragsdale Liggett PLLC has announced that Robert J. Ramseur, Jr., partner at the firm, has been named president-elect of the board of directors for Theatre in the Park (TIP), the largest community theatre in North Carolina. In this position, Ramseur will serve as a liaison between the TIP and the community to sustain and further develop community relations. The Theatre is located in the northern end of Raleigh’s scenic Pullen Park and is internationally acclaimed for its outstanding theatrical achievements.

About Robert Ramseur, Jr.
Robert J. Ramseur, Jr. is a partner at Ragsdale Liggett PLLC, where he heads the residential real estate department. Licensed to practice law in North Carolina in 1996, Ramseur practiced solo in Raleigh for five years before joining Ragsdale Liggett. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina. Ramseur has provided pro bono legal advice on housing issues and landlord-tenant disputes to low-income citizens in North Carolina. He serves on the Board of the Rotary Club of the Capital City, a nonprofit civic club, as the Chair of Club Service. He volunteers and does fund-raising for Camp Sea Gull and Seafarer, which are camps owned by the Raleigh YMCA.
