Clinical Coordinator Shares Expertise with Aging with Grace

A leading provider of geriatric case management services, Aging with Grace announced that Cheryl Fenwick has joined the organization as clinical coordinator.

In her new role Ms. Fenwick will be responsible for providing clinical oversight for the care management side of Aging with Grace. A skilled nurse with a certificate in Gerontology from Rutgers University, Ms. Fenwick will provide on site assessments in New Jersey.

Having spent years honing her clinical skills in rehabilitation, homecare, and adult day care settings. Ms. Fenwick in no newcomer to the healthcare arena.
A member of the New Jersey Adult Day Services Association, and volunteer for the Red Cross and Alzheimer’s Association, Ms. Fenwick believes in sharing her clinical expertise and compassion for the elderly with the community.

“I am excited to be a part of Aging with Grace and make a difference in the lives of the elderly,” Ms. Fenwick said. “ It is very rewarding to be a part of an organization like Aging with Grace who recognizes the need to provide geriatric care management services to seniors and their families.”
