Position Appointment - Fair Tax Advocate

(PRLEAP.COM) Rockville, IN and Houston, TX – The Americans for Fair Taxation in Houston, Texas has appointed Irvin Wayne Brewer, SFA, CDFA, FTA, to the position of Fair Tax Advocate for the Fair Tax Grass Roots Movement for the Counties of Parke, Clay, Putnam and Vigo, in the State of Indiana. The Americans For Fair Taxation was formed in 1995 as a 501 (c)(4) nonprofit organization. They began as a research organization and their initial goal was to find out what the American people wanted in a tax system, what they felt was the best way for the government to collect revenue, and how taxation could be achieved in a way that most benefited the economy and the taxpayers. The Fair Tax plan is a comprehensive proposal that replaces all federal income and payroll taxes with an integrated approach including a progressive national retail sales tax, a rebate to ensure no American pays federal taxes up to the poverty level, dollar-for-dollar revenue neutrality, and the repeal of the 16th Amendment.

Irvin Wayne Brewer is a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst and owner of Equal & Equitable, LLC. Equal & Equitable, LLC mission is to "Make Life’s Terms Effective" in Divorce Settlement Transitions through evaluation and education with Financial Analysis. Mr. Brewer is also a Senior Financial Advisor with Waddell and Reed, Inc. - Waddell & Reed, Inc., founded in 1937, is one of the oldest mutual fund complexes in the United States, having introduced the Waddell & Reed Advisors Group of Mutual Funds in 1940.

Mr. Brewer, a long-term Fair Tax Supporter, was recently named as an Advocate for the Grass Roots Movement to aid their efforts of getting the benefits message out to the public. Mr. Brewer will make group presentations throughout the four Counties.
