FlowMaster selects EMANIO, Inc. Enterprise EDI Integration platform due to EMANIO’s established experience and expertise with EDI and data integration.

Santa Rosa, California — FlowMaster, manufacturers of high performance automotive exhausts, selected EMANIO’s TradingPartner Integrator EDI Integration and data conversion platform. FlowMaster chose the EMANIO solution over other competing alternative products because of EMANIO’s ability to provide an efficient, low cost turnkey solution for supply chain integration.

As FlowMaster CEO Bill Rider said, “EMANIO’s more than twelve years of EDI Integration experience and the ability of the TradingPartner Integrator product to handle our transaction volume were critical factors in our decision to select their company.” EMANIO’s turnkey proposal provided a guaranteed solution with no hidden charges. EMANIO’s comprehensive feature set coupled with its total solution proposal made for a winning combination. A document was mapped and ready for processing within a few hours of installing the software. Mr. Rider went on to state “EMANIO's experience in integrating with our Industrial Financial Systems (IFS) ERP system was critical in our decision to select their company.”

FlowMaster chose EMANIO’s TradingPartner Integrator platform designed to easily and seamlessly translate EDI (X12) data and integrate that data to any back-end system. EMANIO’s Total Solution approach meant that once quoted FlowMaster had a guarantee that the installation would be completed on time, on budget and successfully with an easy to use product that allowed for ease of mapping and EDI translation today and in the future.

EMANIO’s total solution approach provides customers with a firm-fixed price quote on all aspects of the sale – software, installation, training and implementation – giving EMANIO customers the assurance that deployment budgets won’t spiral out of control. EMANIO’s TradingPartner Integrator product can manage over 17,000 transactions per minute and provides a seamless way to integrate translated EDI data into any back-end system.

About FlowMaster:
In 1983 California Sprint Car racers were experiencing 'excessive sound' issues at numerous racetracks and were told to quiet the cars down or lose racing privileges. All attempts to silence the race engines without sacrificing power repeatedly failed.

Enter Flowmaster founder Ray Flugger, with over 26+ years of exhaust design experience, and while working out of a small 800 square foot barn in Kenwood, California, created Flowmaster's first patented design of racing silencers. Ray attached handles to ease carrying the square shaped race mufflers through the race pits, and the mufflers became known as the "suitcase muffler." These innovative mufflers were the result of years of development with top race engine builders, thousands of hours of dyno research and "real-world" on-track testing.

Today, Flowmaster, Inc. is housed in two ultra-modern facilities together totaling over 330,000 sq. ft., one in Santa Rosa, and the other in West Sacramento, California. Flowmaster employs over 330+ workers dedicated to building the highest quality U.S. made exhaust products available.
