As Niue Switches Off: Switch On To Samoa

November 04, 2006 (PRLEAP.COM) Business News
With only two months until the closure of the Niue International Business Companies Registry, owners of companies residing in Niue need to transfer their registration to another jurisdiction - Now! Before losing them for good.

After the deadline, all company assets of companies still registered in Niue, automatically become the property of the government of Niue!!

To help anyone concerned or reluctant to move out of the South Pacific area, international company formation expert RM Group is offering re-domiciliation to a similar area such as Samoa.

“Samoa offers all the usual IBC benefits – for example, there is full exemption from taxation on any business activity or transaction carried out outside Samoa and, of course, directors do not need to reside in Samoa,” said RM CEO Manny Cohen.
