(NEW YORK, NY) – November 5, 2006

The Edcomm Group exhibited its Compliance training solutions to standing-room-only audiences at the ABA Money Laundering Enforcement Conference in Washington, DC on October 8-10, 2006.

Sponsored jointly by the American Bankers Association and American Bar Association, the ABA Money Laundering Enforcement Conference is part of a comprehensive portfolio of ABA Compliance Solutions designed to help institutions reduce risk and stay compliant.

Held at the Wardman Park Marriott Hotel, those in attendance included bank regulatory compliance officers, bank counsel, outside attorneys, bank auditors, representatives of federal regulatory agencies, industry suppliers and community bank CEOs and CRCMs. The conference offered guidance from industry professionals on anti-money laundering strategies and solutions.

According to Dr. Linda Eagle, President of the Edcomm Group, “The conference is the ideal setting for us to showcase our outstanding training programs, including Focus on Compliance which covers: the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Elder Financial Abuse, USA PATRIOT Act, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), among others. The excellent work that we do speaks for itself, and we had the opportunity to reconnect with current clients and old friends, and to introduce our outstanding Compliance training products and services to a number of prospective clients.”

“With over 500 visitors to our booth in the Exhibit Hall, the ABA Money Laundering Conference allowed us to see many of our clients and friends who had traveled to Washington, DC from all over the country and the world. We showcased our BSA/AML training program, as well as Focus On Compliance, our comprehensive Compliance eLearning program that provides a customized curriculum for all job functions at banks, credit unions, card companies, money services businesses, mortgage companies and other financial services groups. The conference also gave us the chance to visit with our colleagues from the Regulatory bodies such as the Fed, the OCC, OTS and the FDIC, who encouraged us to continue to provide outstanding training coupled with the robust testing, tracking and reporting that assures them that a bank is doing an excellent job in training.”
