CLEVELAND—November 7, 2006—Tom Parker was announced today as the new director of professional services of Everstream, a Concurrent (NASDAQ: CCUR ) company and industry leader of software for data collection, audience measurement and dynamic advertising.

"We are thrilled to have Tom join the executive team here at Everstream,” said Scott Ugran, Everstream’s vice president of field operations. “We plan to leverage his past accomplishments in sales, delivery and general management to effectively address the growing list of consultative opportunities that our customers bring to us.”

In his current position, Parker will oversee Everstream’s professional services team. As such, he will manage customer requests for product extensions, custom projects and secondary platform integration efforts. To support these requirements, Parker will also build and leverage a consulting team dedicated to help clients meet the specific needs of their businesses by customizing their data collection, reporting and analytical capabilities.

“Joining Everstream was an easy decision,” said Parker. “The company is in a unique position of driving fundamental change in the media measurement arena through a core platform that has already been deployed in most of North America’s top MSO’s coupled with technology innovation that captures near real-time statistics on subscriber viewing behaviors. It’s definitely an exciting time for me.”

Before joining Everstream, Parker was employed by Quilogy Inc., a privately held technology solutions consulting organization. As general manager of their Iowa branch office, he was responsible for building strategic relationships with key accounts, solidifying the vendor relationships, and increasing overall annual revenues and gross margins. Prior to Quilogy, Parker was vice president of professional services at SPL WorldGroup, Inc., and vice president at Technology Solutions Company where he held several leadership positions within its Central Region, including Account Management, Business Development and ERP Practice Leadership.
