Local Author schedules book signing event

Springfield, OH, November 15, 2006 – Mystery writer, Rebecca Benston will be appearing at the Waldenbooks in the Fairfield Commons Mall on Saturday, December 2, 2006 between 2:00 and 4:00 p.m. to promote her latest book In the Wash: The Rona Shively Stories. A native of Springfield, Benston is a freelance writer and poet. She is also a member of the Sisters in Crime Internet Chapter and a Content Producer for Associated Content.com.

This book is the first in a series and has been described by reviewers as masterfully written suspense. It is the story of a mouthy private detective who finds herself investigating a cover-up that puts her and those around her in danger.
