NAI WELSH PLACES FABRICATOR IN CROSSTOWN NORTH BUSINESS CENTER

(PRLEAP.COM) Minneapolis, MN. Dan Friedner, Senior Associate and Rob Brass, Associate of NAI Welsh represented InterNet, Inc. in their relocation to Crosstown North Business Center.

Tim Prinsen, Friedner and Brass sold the previous building Internet Inc, used for their operation at 1201 Lund Boulevard in Anoka. The 208,000 square foot building located at 1201 Lund Boulevard in Anoka sold for $6.4 million.

InterNet Inc, is a fabricator, converter and marketer of quality extruded and oriented plastic mesh and tubes. The company, founded in 1981, will relocate to Crosstown North Business Center in November and utilize 72,032 square feet for their operations. InterNet, Inc. signed a six year lease on the Duke Realty Corporation
owned property.
