AOP showcases excellence in digital publishing with online case study bank

March 19, 2005 (PRLEAP.COM) Business News
The AOP case study bank houses examples of selected work by AOP members, all publishers of quality, branded online content, including Associated New Media, CondéNet.UK, Emap, FT.com, Hellomagazine.com, News International, Reed Business Information and VNU Business Publications. The case study bank covers examples as diverse as cross-media marketing campaigns, editorial and design excellence, through to commercial innovation and broadband content. The initiative aims to highlight the variety of ways that online publishers are pioneering development in a fast-changing industry and adding value for advertisers.

Alexandra White, director of AOP said: “The online case study bank reinforces our core objective of promoting the online publishing industry. We aim to showcase the very best in digital publishing and marketing: allowing our members to learn from each other's achievements, while promoting the breadth of innovation happening in the industry to advertisers and agencies.”

The launch of the online case study bank sees AOP responding to recommendations arising in a series of interviews with senior AOP representatives. The studies are viewable by category and the bank also contains a keyword search to ensure users find the exact information they need.

Andrew Hart, managing director of Associated New Media says, “There is a wealth of innovation and development going on in the digital publishing industry, and AOP members are pioneering this work across the spectrum. Housing a selection of case studies under the AOP umbrella will serve to demonstrate the flexibility and imaginativeness of quality content websites, both for advertisers and our own audiences."
