BMC Capital Provides $500,000 Loan for a Taco Bell Restaurant in Bothell, Wash.

PRLEAP.COM) Dallas, Texas — BMC Capital announced that it originated a $500,000 loan for the acquisition of a building housing a Taco Bell at 23201 Bothell Everett Highway in Bothell, Wash.
Glenn Gioseffi, a vice president at BMC Capital’s Seattle office, originated the loan, which featured a five-year fixed rate and a 25-year amortization period. Henry Wong represented the buyer.
BMC Capital is a leading lender for small-balance single-tenant retail loans nationwide and anticipates originating at least 150 such transactions in 2006.
