Janus and across cooperate

Karlsbad/Moscow, October 26, 2006 — Janus Worldwide Inc., a provider of localization services based in Moscow, and across Systems located in Karlsbad, Germany have announced a strategic partnership.

across is a software for Corporate Translation Management which, apart from a translation memory and a terminology system, contains particular modules enabling management of the entire translation process.

across seamlessly integrates corporate customers, language service providers and freelance translators in one single non-stop workflow. Third-party systems can easily be connected via open interfaces, e.g. to enable translation-oriented authoring while generating the source text.

The cooperation involves both using across for the Janus translation projects and system integration and customer-specific adaptation of across for common customers.
