WORKING HEADLINE: Retail and Military Veteran and Marshfield Resident Named Hardware Manager.

A veteran of multi-store retail store management, Chuck Frohnapfel has been named Hardware Manager of Taylor Lumber - ACE Hardware located on Route 139, Ocean Street in Marshfield. A Marshfield resident for over 20 years, Frohnapfel is also a licensed Home Improvement Contractor and a customer of Taylor Lumber - ACE Hardware since buying and renovating his home near Marshfield Center in 1983.

"Chuck is a great addition to our team," noted Rick Taylor, President of - ACE Hardware and the second generation to manage the family business. "He has the day to day experience to know what it takes to win and maintain customer loyalty and to help inspire a staff to meet that on-going challenge."

Frohnapfel previously managed ten Nextel and nine NYNEX Mobile stores throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New Hampshire. Additionally, he is a United States Marine Corp veteran with eight years of honorable service.

Active in the community, Frohnapfel was elected to the School Committee for a three year term and volunteered as a Cub Scout den leader and coached youth soccer. He is also one of the founding members of Grad Nite Live Inc, a drug and alcohol free event for graduating Marshfield High School seniors.
