Canadian diamond jewelery manufacturer and
retailer Spence Diamonds has donated a wedding reception pavilion where couples from across the world can have their wedding receptions for free. (Images and details available at www.FreeWeddingChapel.com. Just click the link Free Reception Pavilion.)

The Canadian Diamond Pavilion, as it is known, is 150 meters from Chapel Dulcinea, the world-renowned wedding chapel on the campus of Wizard Academy, a communications school founded by bestselling author Roy H. Williams.

More than 700 weddings have been performed in the chapel since its opening in 2005. Couples have traveled from as far as China, Germany, Australia, Hawaii and Alaska to have their weddings over cliff’s edge in this open-air facility.

The Academy built the chapel as a symbol of its belief in long-term commitment and named it Dulcinea after the feminine muse in Cervantes’ Don Quixote. “It is our gift to the world
because it’s a symbolic expression of who we are, and the creative values for which we stand,” says the chapel’s website, at www.FreeWeddingChapel.com.

Designed by architect Marley Porter, the Canadian Diamond Pavilion extends over the edge of the same cliff as the chapel, symbolic of “stepping out by faith into thin air, the beginning of a lifelong adventure together.”

Designed for groups of 25 or less, the quaint 20’x20’ structure is symbolically turned sideways or “diamond shaped.” The facility was designed for champagne toasts and cake-cutting ceremonies following the exchange of vows at the main chapel.
“We are proud to support Wizard Academy in their efforts to bring knowledge and creativity to many” said Sean Jones, President of Spence Diamonds. “The Academy tells us that approximately half the couples using the facility are of limited financial resources and without this chapel and pavilion could not have afforded such a visually stunning facility.

Located at the rural edge of Austin,Texas, the chapel and pavilion are open seven days a week from 7am to 9pm. Wizard Academy asks only that you first check the online calendar, to be sure that your visit doesn’t interrupt a scheduled ceremony.

Chapel Dulcinea and the Canadian Diamond Pavilion can be booked free of charge online at www.FreeWeddingChapel.com.
