New T-Shirt Shop, Fantastic Bonanza, Launches Website

John Chouinard, Gregory Poulos, and Joseph Wasserman launched the website for their new t-shirt company, Fantastic Bonanza. After enjoying many t-shirts themselves, they decided to launch their own t-shirt line based on their specific tastes in t-shirts. Now that their website has launched, their shirts can be purchased world-wide.

Instead of merely printing shirts that they think will sell well, Fantastic Bonanza prides themselves on the quality of their merchandise. They refuse to sell easily-designed text shirts, instead focusing on subtly humorous graphical images that please themselves first and foremost. Since they use waterbased inks, their prints are almost as soft as the American Apparel t-shirts they are printed on. Not only are waterbased inks softer, they are also more environmentally friendly, containing no lead or heavy metals. As their website states, “We use only water-based, lead- and heavy metal-free inks for panda-bear-approved environmental friendliness and a remarkably soft print.” In fact, they even print one of their designs on a t-shirt spun from Organic cotton, and hope to use more Organic materials in the future. Their t-shirts can be bought directly from their website.
