Infopulse Ukraine participated in the world largest ITC event CeBIT 2005

Infopulse Ukraine participated in this show for the 4th time. This year exhibition was very special for the company because of announcing the opening of Infopulse’s representation office in Hamburg (Germany). Infopulse is one of the 5 biggest Ukrainian outsourcing software development companies and the first of them to have the representation in Germany. This step is a result of high interest of German clients and partners in the services of Infopulse. The management of the company believes that new office will help to establish a bridge to new opportunities and new customers not only in Germany, but in the entire Europe.

This year Infopulse had a booth at the Hall 8, devoted to the outsourcing software development services. This new concept was developed by fair organizers in the purpose of attracting more attention to outsourcing idea and helping the visitors of the fair to receive complete industry-sight at a glance. New separate location of the outsourcing software development area was also a result of increased interest of European and USA companies to outsourcing topic. Concentrated location gave the exhibitors possibility to focus their efforts on business-contacts and meetings as well as study operation of competitors and meet their industry-colleagues and partners.

Overall this year CeBIT has gathered 27 companies from Ukraine. Ukraine was a special topic during this year exhibition due to significant democratic changes in the country and peaceful revolution which had attracted the attention of the world community. Apart from politic and cultural events, famous sportsmen and singers, Ukraine is also well known in the world by its scientific achievements, strong technical education and powerful IT-sector. In the year 2004 the export of Ukrainian software development services increased by 57% (up to 110 million USD). According to the experts’ opinions this growth rate will remain stable in 2005. Total number of IT-specialist currently employed in Ukraine is about 15 000 people.

Infopulse Ukraine as well as other 16 companies from Ukraine, Russia and Byelorussia, participated at the united CIS Software Pavilion (Hall 8, Booth B04). The pavilion was organized by RUSSIFT Association, IT-Ukraine association and Fort-Ross marketing agency. During the exhibition representatives of Infopulse Ukraine arranged about a hundred of business-meetings, participated in a number of conferences and matchmaking events, such as outsourcing solutions forum, BITCOM seminars, UK trade and investment reception, Massachusetts day, European day, visits of delegations from Korea, USA, Canada and Scandinavian countries.

Among the visitors, which showed their sincere interest in the services of Infopulse were companies and public organizations from Germany, Britain, USA, Italy and other countries of the world.
