Just How Mature is That?

(PRLEAP.COM) Fort Lauderdale, November 2006: In this age of ‘gimme’ and ‘instant gratification takes way too long,’ it’s sometimes difficult to remember that adults are supposed to be grown up.

Everyone, it seems, has their own agenda, their own preferences, and don’t dare get in their way! In his book, Stages of Personal Matur-ity: In Search of Self, John D. Reimers pegs us as we really are, and also gives us strategies on how to change that unbecoming and self-destructive behavior.

Have you ever wondered why some people are successful in their relationships while others seem doomed to fail? What is the main reason people lose their jobs? The answer to these questions involves ma-turity levels.

Stages of Personal Maturity is a theory of human growth. It is an attempt to identify behaviors and char-acteristics of people that function at different levels of maturity. The six stages of personal maturity are iden-tified. They are developed from the author’s many observations as a school counselor and principal, as well as research conducted for more than five years.
Stages of Personal Maturity is a powerful, insightful way to understand how humans mature. Discover-ing your own maturity and evaluating your own growth will be life-changing. In Search of Self will guide you while you grow to your fullest potential.
