The magazine bestowed the award to netXccel chief, Gaurav Pal, at the award ceremony held at H2O restaurant in the nation’s capital. The award recognizes the rapidly emerging popularity of netXccel’s fedXccel website, which provides highly sought-after information on available federal contracts and intelligence on future spending.
