May 05, 2004 (PRLEAP.COM) Business News
New York, NY— Purchase Point Media Corp., (PINK SHEETS: PPMC) (PPMC). PPMC is pleased to report that Mr. Michael F. Reuling, 57 has joined the Board of Directors of PPMC. Mr. Reuling retired as Vice Chairman of Albertson's in 2001 after 28 years of helping Albertson's become the number 2 grocery chain in the US. PPMC considers the addition of Mr. Reuling to the Board as a major endorsement of its point of purchase (POP) display named "The last Word™' (TLW). One of Mr. Reuling's functions at Albertson's was supervising an annual expansion budget in excess of $2 billion. PPMC's goal of having at least 15,000 stores under contract will be accelerated with Mr. Reuling's expertise and guidance as a PPMC Board member. Mr. Reuling quickly recognized the power of TLW as a simple effective POP ad device that can rapidly boost sales of products carried in stores. For further information on PPMC and The last Word™ see www.ppmc.us.

PPMC has developed The last word™ in POP marketing. It is a patented watertight point of purchase (POP) advertisement display device that attaches to the back of the baby seat section of shopping carts. TLW is sixteen inches wide, six inches high and a quarter of an inch thick. TLW easily opens and closes to change an ad insert containing ten three inch square POP ads. TLW holds ten three inch square POP ads that are directly in the shoppers line of vision as they are shopping. Each of the ten POP ads is equal in size to a 21 inch TV ten feet away due to its proximity to the shopper's eyes.
