O. Kheir with Cook Real Estate Sales, Inc. has passed the Florida Real Estate Commission’s Real Estate Broker Examination.

Daytona Beach Shores, FL - Realtor O. Kheir a three year veteran completed the necessary course study and sat for the examination recently.

In Florida, like most states, real estate professionals are licensed at two different levels. The entry level is received after completing the required course work and passing the state licensing examination. New agents are issued licenses to practice only under the direct supervision of a state approved and licensed real estate brokers.

The second level, called the “Broker” License, is issued to individuals who have successfully engaged in the real estate business for a period of time, who have completed the required course work and finally who passed an extensive exam.
