BOSTON - Who is Michael Tarshi? While many know him from NBC’s Apprentice fame, here in Boston, Tarshi is known as a real-estate guru.

At the age of 23 Michael Tarshi launched Venture Development and Properties LLC, a real estate development and investment firm with residential and commercial projects throughout New England. Amongst the many properties under his belt, Michael has recently announced the one closest to his heart “The Tarshi Building”.

Lawrence native, Michael Tarshi plans to re-develop and re-vitalize the downtown Lawrence area, “I’m from here, my family is from here and I’m so happy to be part of this project..” says Tarshi.

Tarshi's new project in downtown Lawrence is a parcel of land that he has owned for some time and in cooperation with the city of Lawrence, he will be developing a 40,000 square ft. commercial property that will essentially be the benchmark of a much larger plan to re-develop and re-vitalize the downtown area. Michael say’s “The Goal is to attract
national and local merchants with this building as the anchor; and moving forward with the larger plan of turning Lawrence into one of Massachusetts most successful cities”.

Michal Tarshi currently lives in Boston and is a graduate of Boston College.
