Tampa, FL December 30, 2006 — Today, Allen Jones releases his long-awaited ebook titled, "The Stop Smoking Guide," and officially launches his new interactive Stop Smoking Website.

Over the last several years, more and more people have attempted to stop smoking. Unfortunately, the success rates have been so low that many people have decided to give up quitting instead of giving up smoking. What's the reason behind this? Because quitting smoking is hard. Very hard.

Now, Allen Jones has found a surprisingly simple new way to stop smoking. In fact, it is being touted by its users as the easiest way a person can stop smoking. Today, Allen releases this previously top-secret stop smoking program to the World and explains why it is working better than all the rest.

"Any stop smoking program that you see today deals with only one type of addiction, either physical or psychological. It's no secret in today's world that addiction to cigarettes is a double-edged sword," says Allen Jones, smoking cessation specialist. "In order to kick the habit, a person must overcome both types of addiction at the same time. When a person concentrates on fighting only one type of addiction, the other type doesn't just go away. It waits until you are most vulnerable and rears its ugly head with a vengeance. This causes most people to fail in their attempt to stop smoking within just a few days."

The Stop Smoking Guide ebook eliminates this problem. It explains how a person can easily rise above both the physical and psychological dependence simultaneously to stop smoking once and for all. The ebook is well laid out and easy to read. "I was a smoker for 26 years. I wrote this ebook specifically for smokers, in terms they will easily understand. I believe that by letting them know I was once in their shoes, they will trust and abide by the guide even more."

The ebook also contains several motivational chapters explaining not only why a person should stop smoking but why a person smokes in the first place. "It is important for a person to understand what is happening inside their mind and body that is causing them to smoke. I have found that just knowing these things gives a person a significant advantage in their attempt to stop smoking."

At the end of the ebook is the actual guide. It is a step-by-step instructional guide, including daily exercises, that walks a person through every step, letting them know where they should be and what they should be doing every day.

Allen is also launching his new interactive website, TheStopSmokingGuide.com. It features a Stop Smoking Forum, Blog and Article Directory as well as multitudes of stop smoking information. As a person stops smoking, they can use the website as a place to go for support, encouragement and motivation. This is also where you will be able to get The Stop Smoking Guide ebook. "People can come to the website and actively participate in the forum, post comments on the blog and even submit their own stop smoking articles and stories for everyone to read. I believe the interactivity will make it a huge success."

Allen is hoping to build a loyal online community that will eventually be the place to go for anyone who is trying to stop smoking. Once people stop smoking with this program, he hopes they will stick around and continue helping the "newbies" as they enter the community.

"Again, I can't tell you how excited I am to get this information into the public eye because I know it works. I've seen dozens and dozens of people stop smoking using this method and they have all commented on how much easier it was than any other program they had tried."
