SPATE Magazine seeks investors for 2007

SPATE Magazine the growing digital publication that is now in print and is distributed in the NYC area is now open for investors. We are looking for serious minded investors to help take SPATE Magazine to the next level. "We have big plans for 2007 and we need the capital in order to expand our operations" says publisher Antoine King.
